For local authorities and government agency employers, our extensive experience encompasses conciliations, arbitrations and adjudications on projects using the Irish Public Works contract.
In the commercial sector, our comprehensive experience of working in Dublin and London has refined our expertise across a range of structures. From deep basement substructures with complicated temporary works to high-rise superstructures, and from complex external envelopes to internal fit-outs, we have been part of the team delivering these projects.
We have a wealth of experience in delivering programmes for residential projects. The particular emphasis is on forensic delay analysis. We frequently act on behalf of Employers in providing delay analysis assessments on large-scale residential projects and infrastructure.
In the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sector, we provide exceptional expertise in forensic delay analysis services for both Contractors and Employers. Our experience extends to working collaboratively as part of a team or independently as a programme expert witness/programme advisor, acting on behalf of both Employers and Contractors.
For the Data Centre sector, our experience extends to representing both contractors and specialist subcontractors in the realm of Data Centre Extension of Time applications. Given the unique nature and tight timelines that govern these projects, our services have been frequently enlisted to substantiate time-related delays and disruptions.
In the Insurance Sector, our expertise extends to acting on behalf of insurance loss adjusters, where we have played a pivotal role in several international “Mega Projects”, some with a staggering value of $18 billion. In these engagements, we have been entrusted with providing independent and expert advice on programme management, as well as conducting meticulous assessments of DSU (Delay in Start-Up) insurance claims on behalf of loss adjusters.
For the Renewable Energy sector, we have been appointed to review contracts and contractors’ entitlement to compensation for construction delays related to renewable projects such as onshore wind farms and solar farms.
For over a decade, we have been at the forefront of addressing complex challenges in the onshore and offshore wind energy sectors. Our focus spans the vast expenses of the North Sea and the English Channel, where we have tirelessly represented EPC Contractors in arbitration hearings and various disputes.
In the Marine sector, our expertise extends to handling challenging civil works projects involving unforeseen ground conditions, specifically in the realm of deepwater berths and marina redevelopments.
For the Conservation sector, our recent involvement has revolved around a series of conservation projects, collaborating with Employers and Clients seeking to rejuvenate and repurpose neglected and deteriorating structures.
